Rooted in coaching psychology and various development theories, DEVELOPMENTAL COACHING is about unlocking a person’s true potential, increasing self-awareness, and, equally importantly – supporting the necessary change. This includes positive feedback, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral communication. The person will be able to identify their strengths, overcome limitations, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. Coaching is a process of self-discovery.
